A variety of modalities are integrated together within the Therapeutic Bliss massage session (such as: deep tissue, myofascial release, relaxing Swedish, trigger point therapy, as well as orthopedic massage techniques). I created this massage routine to truly individualize my client's needs. These combined techniques is essential for my client's needs. They will help restore structural balance throughout the body. The massage will be just what the name says; therapeutic, relaxing, and very beneficial for the body. I promise you will leave in a state of true BLISS!
I will gladly moderate my pressure to suit your comfort level! I can go as deep or as light as you like! I can address any problematic area you wish.

Scalp Massage
Your scalp becomes "tight" due to stress; hence circulation and hair growth are affected. The massage oil not only lubricates your scalp but also conditions your hair, which helps to prevent flakes.
Inhale the aroma as you feel the oil stimulating your hair follicles. The oil is massaged into the scalp for 15 minutes.

- Nourishment and relaxation of the scalp-resulting in new hair growth

The foot massage is a 15 minute massage of the feet and calves, also focusing on reflexology points. The foot massage is perfect for someone experiencing pain from plantar fasciitis or for someone that just enjoys their feet massaged.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork that is geared to meet the unique needs of the pregnant woman. Promoting better function of muscles and joints, prenatal massage also improves circulation and overall body tone. Additionally, prenatal massage decreases mental and physical fatigue as well.

Hot Stone Massage
A Hot Stone Massage is a massage that incorporates heated stones into the session. The stones used are by no means ordinary, but effectively absorb and retain heat like basalt stones (volcanic black rocks). In general, hot stone massage benefits the body by promoting absolute relaxation of tissues and muscles, easing stress in the body, relieving pain and aches, enhancing circulatory functions and calming the mind. Hot Stone Massage also assists in treating arthritis, anxiety, insomnia and depression.

Cupping
Cupping has been around for a very long time. The first ever mentioning of cupping dates all the way back to 1550 B.C. Cupping therapy or myofascial decompression is described as the use of an implement to create an area of suction against the skin. There are a variety of different techniques of cupping. I will be using a more safier technique by the way of the pump and valve method to pull air out of the cup to maintain a seal.
Possible Benefits for Cupping:
- Decrease pain
- Increase Range of Motion (ROM) where ROM is restricted
- Decrease Inflammation
- Loosen restricted superficial fascia

Cupping has been found to be effective in decreasing chronic pain, osteoarthritis, plantar heel pain, and many other conditions. During the massage, I will utilize the cupping method to any problematic areas that needs to be addressed.

House Call
Have a massage without even leaving your home.
I will come over, set up, and work in the privacy of your own home. After a massage you will not have to drive back home but simply roll back to bed, or take a nice hot bath, and relax in your domain. House calls can also be performed anywhere: by the pool, on a job site, or wherever you wish that is possible and within reason.

Chair Massage (out call)
The chair massage releases tension and stress from the overworked/overstressed muscles. The massages are performed on a massage chair and the client is fully clothed.
I will come to your place of business, set up my massage chair, and release tension and stress from the overworked/overstressed muscles. The massages are performed with the client fully clothed.
Business owners: chair massages can be the perfect way to treat your employees for all of the hard work they do.
Call in advance to schedule an appointment. There will be a one time $40 service add-on, plus however long you desire.
Hourly rate: $100
Normally, I treat as many employees in the hour or hours as needed. I can perform either 5, 10, 15, or 20 minute chair massages per person within that hour.

Couples Massage!
Share a massage experience in the same private room with the person you love! A couples massage is designed for two people to receive a relaxing massage together, each having their own massage therapist. The massages are performed at the same time in the same private room and on different massage tables.
A couples massage isn't just for romantics. Mother-daughter duos and best friends may also enjoy the this wonderful experience together as well!
Please call in advance to book a couples massage. I would need to coordinate the appointment with my other massage therapist. There will be a one time charge of $40. Plus, however long a session you both decide to get.
